PROCESSING TIME + COST

We ship globally, but you may be required to pay additional customs fees or duty taxes to receive your order.

In general, we ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.  Please note that we are small company run by a small team of women.  We do our best to package and ship everything as quickly as possible, and are often able to do so same day.  Occasionally it takes a bit longer.  Thank you for your patience!

All packages will be classified as 'merchandise.' We do not mark international packages as gifts.

USPS

We primarily ship with the USPS, and all orders include tracking.

All orders ship from our Portland, Oregon headquarters. Please provide an accurate address.  We ship to the address provided to us at the time of purchase.  Please double check before ordering to make sure that we’ve got the correct information for you so you can get your samplers quickly and easily.  If we need to reship due to customer error, we’re happy to do so, but we’ll ask you to pay for the second round of shipping.

UNITED STATES: 3-5 business days

EUROPE: 15-45 business days

OTHER COUNTRIES: 15-60 business days

These delivery times are after processing and are only estimates!  During weather events and holidays, shipping times can sometimes be delayed.  Please check your tracking information for updates.

LOSS + DAMAGES

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of items while in transit. Refunds and exchanges will not be given for lost parcels unless they are returned to me by the postal services in their original condition.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS + CUSTOMS

For international orders (outside of the USA), please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as I cannot and will not be held responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage resulting from your package's processing through that system. Please keep in mind that international mail may be held for up to 4 weeks in customs. Depending on the laws and regulations of your country of residence, you might have to pay additional customs fees or taxes in order to you receive your package.
