PROCESSING TIME + COST

I ship globally, but you may be required to pay additional customs fees or duty taxes to receive your order.

In general, we ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.  Please note that we are small company run by a small team of real people.  We do our best to package and ship everything as quickly as possible.  Thank you for your patience!

All packages will be classified as 'merchandise.' We do not mark international packages as gifts.


USPS

I ship via United State Postal Service.  Individual samplers mail in a first class envelope with a stamp, which does not include tracking.  Larger orders ship with tracking, which will be emailed to you.

All orders ship from our Portland, Oregon headquarters.

Dropcloth Samplers is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address.  We ship to the address provided to us at the time of purchase.  Please double check before ordering to make sure that we’ve got the correct information for you so you can get your samplers quickly and easily.  If we need to reship due to customer error, we’re happy to do so, but we’ll ask you to pay for the second round of shipping.


PACKING MATERIALS

Dropcloth Recycled and Upcycled Packaging

Dropcloth Samplers is proud to use 100% upcycled packing materials for all larger orders.  Although your order might arrive in a recycled Amazon Prime envelope, we are NOT associated with Amazon.  We collect their envelopes from our neighbors through the Buy Nothing Project as a way of keeping hundreds of mailers a month out of the waste stream.  Thanks for helping us reduce, reuse, and recycle.

UNITED STATES: 3-5 business days

EUROPE: 15-45 business days

OTHER COUNTRIES: 15-60 business days

These delivery times are after processing and are only estimates!  With the Covid pandemic, shipping has been at times much slower, particularly for international orders.


LOSS + DAMAGES

I am not responsible for the loss or damage of items while in transit. Refunds and exchanges will not be given for lost parcels unless they are returned to me by the postal services in their original condition.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS + CUSTOMS

For international orders (outside of the USA), please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as I cannot and will not be held responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage resulting from your package's processing through that system. Please keep in mind that international mail may be held for up to 4 weeks in customs. Depending on the laws and regulations of your country of residence, you might have to pay additional customs fees or taxes in order to you receive your package.
